IT'S NOT FAIR!

Here is another situation for you composition:

You bought some theatre tickets on the Internet for row 9. When you arrived at the theatre box to collect them, you saw that the tickets were for different seats in row 19. You showed your receipt with the right seats, but the person at the box ignored you and you had to watch the play sitting at the back of the theatre. They didn't want to change the tickets or give you your money back.

Write to the manager of the bank responsible for the Internet service complaining and asking for a solution. Use the guidelines from unit 3 to help you.
